Sarah Wieler, LPN, Tenant Care Coordinator, Tabor Court

Dotted Line

While preserving their right to autonomy and independence, Sarah coordinates care services for the older adults who call Tabor Court and Tabor Manor home. She delights in supervising a care team who is as passionate as she is about providing excellent, individualized care to the Tenants.

Sarah is also responsible to ensure that the care team is operating in line with the mandate and regulations of the following: the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC, the Fraser Health Authority, the Ministry of Health, and the Office of the Assisted Living Registrar.

With a skill for policy writing, and a passion for improving quality of life for Tabor's Tenants, Sarah sits on two different committees that focus on standardization of processes in Assisted Living, and quality improvement.

Sarah has been practicing as a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2003; the majority of her career has been dedicated to older adult care.  She is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Health Administration through Athabasca University.

In her time away from the office, Sarah enjoys running, reading, spending time with her husband Vernon, and her two daughters, Suzy and Faith.
